Adi Mulahasanović : Of course, and thank you for having me. We are on the verge of launching something truly special. Our loyalty program app, developed with the expertise of QSS, is designed to create a unique and engaging experience for our customers. It’s more than just a loyalty program; it’s a new way to connect with our brand and enjoy the benefits of being part of the Fine Food family.

Digital Storm DIH: What inspired Fine Food to develop this app?
Adi Mulahasanović: We noticed a shift in the way customers interact with brands. They are looking for more than just transactions; they want experiences. Inspired by giants like McDonald's and DM, we wanted to offer our customers something that rewards their loyalty and seamlessly fits into their digital lifestyle.
Digital Storm DIH: How does the Loyalty app work?
Adi Mulahasanović: It’s very simple and easy to use. Customers earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for various rewards. But it's not just about collecting points—loyalty program members will have the privilege of being the first to know about new products and other updates, exclusive access to participate in certain promotions or activities, and the ability to directly provide feedback on their shopping experience after each purchase.

Adi Mulahasanović: QSS was essential. Their expertise in software development and cloud solutions was crucial in realizing our vision. They were more than just a service provider; they were a partner, ensuring that our app was not only functional but also at the forefront of technological advancement. At our company, we consider QSS one of the most renowned brands in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of IT services because they have a team of outstanding professionals, as proven by successful projects and solutions.

Adi Mulahasanović: We see this app as a foundation for building a stronger, more engaged community. It's about rewarding loyalty, yes, but also about better understanding our customers and continuously improving their experience with us.

Adi Mulahasanović: One feature that is my favorite is the real-time feedback mechanism. After a purchase, customers can immediately rate their experience, giving us instant insights. This will help us respond quickly and efficiently to our customers' needs.
Digital Storm DIH: When can we expect the launch, and how will it be promoted?
Adi Mulahasanović: The launch is just around the corner. We plan to promote it through various channels, including in-store promotions, social media—especially on platforms like LinkedIn—and through ongoing communication to highlight the unique benefits of the app. We want to ensure that our customers are as excited about this as we are.
Digital Storm DIH: What advice would you give to small and medium enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the digitalization of their business?
Digital Storm’s Digital Innovation Hub initiative represents a great opportunity for small and medium enterprises that may not have dared or had the chance for digital transformation. This initiative offers a supportive environment with a team of experts from various fields, facilitating access to the necessary business solutions.
My advice, which I believe would be supported by others involved in the project, is for businesses to focus on digitalization. It’s no longer a question of whether to undergo digital transformation, but when. Businesses that embark on this process early will, in my opinion, experience the benefits of digitalization faster. Unfortunately, companies that delay may face serious consequences.
The well-known phrase "change is the only constant" underscores that change is the only constant in life. We all remember the example of Nokia, which often serves as a cautionary tale in such discussions. My advice to all businesses considering digitalization is to start the process today, not tomorrow.
In short, my advice is: "Just go for it." It's crucial.
